Since 1996, Bridge to Home has been providing comprehensive homeless services to Santa Clarita Valley residents, combining emergency shelter with case management, medical care, and housing navigation to help individuals and families achieve lasting stability.
Our Mission
Bridge to Home exists to provide comprehensive support services that help individuals and families in the Santa Clarita Valley transition from homelessness to permanent, stable housing through emergency shelter, intensive case management, healthcare access, and community partnerships.
Our Story
What began as a seasonal emergency winter shelter in 1996 has evolved into a year-round comprehensive service center. In 2024, Bridge to Home opened a permanent facility providing shelter for 69 single individuals and up to 8 families, alongside medical clinics, case management offices, and community resources all under one roof.

Roselle Adriani is a nonprofit community services specialist with over 12 years of experience working with homeless assistance programs, case management systems, and community fundraising initiatives in Southern California.
